Return & refund policy
We accept returns only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, you can contact us at return@vistacart.shop with your Order ID, 2–3 product photos, and a clear video showing the damage or defect. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
If your return request is approved, we will place a pickup request through our logistics team. Pickup availability depends on courier serviceability, pincode coverage, and courier approval. Our team will attempt to schedule the pickup, and the courier partner will collect the item based on availability. You are required to hand over the product in secure and safe packaging. If pickup is not available for your location, we will provide an alternative solution such as a refund process, replacement guidance, or other suitable instructions. Please note that no return address is required because all returns are processed through our logistics-based pickup system. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your item is confirmed to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, you may choose between a refund or a replacement. A replacement will be arranged only after the review is completed and stock is available. Certain items are not eligible for return, including used products, change-of-mind cases, minor color or size variations, discounted or sale items, personal-use products, and items with broken seals where applicable.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we may request your UPI or bank details. If you have not received your refund within 15 days, please contact us for assistance.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package, as damage or defect claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted. This helps ensure a smooth resolution and prevents fraudulent claims.
