VistaCart – Fast & Reliable Shipping Across India
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Our products are shipped from multiple partner warehouses. Average delivery time:
Standard Delivery: 5–9 working days
Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
Note: Delivery time may increase slightly during high-demand periods.
2.1 Fulfilment & Packaging
To ensure fastest delivery, products are shipped directly from our certified fulfillment partners across India. Your order may arrive in partner packaging, but this is your authentic VistaCart order.
3. Shipping Charges
We provide Free Shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on most products
COD Fee: ₹50 per order
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours, depending on the courier.
5. Wrong / Incomplete Address
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed.
If the parcel returns due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Delivery Attempt Failed
The courier makes 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the order may be returned to the warehouse.
7. Lost / Missing Parcel
If your parcel does not arrive within 10–15 days, we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the product, we request delivery proof for verification.
8. Damaged Packaging
If the outer packaging looks damaged, we recommend recording a video at the time of delivery.
If the product inside is damaged, you can contact our support team.
9. International Shipping
We currently provide shipping only within India.
